Input Source Page - Selection
You may select one
of the Input Sources. By
holding the cursor over an item a pop up help screen describes that input
source:
Labels - This input source
will print to labels placed in your printer. We have included several popular labels.
The default label for all formats is the Bates 4x20 (Avery 5267) return address
label. You may add any size label to the default labels using the
add label
feature. If adding a standard label, you will find specs for most of
them in the label section of word processing programs like MS
Word.
Paper Documents - This input source will print the Bates Stamp to existing paper documents placed in your printer paper tray as a Windows print job. Just as if you pasted a label on it. This makes any Windows printer a Bates Stamp Machine.

All Files (*.*) – Select all files to print any combination of the files listed above (i.e. pdf, tiff, doc, xls, wpd, txt, jpg, bmp, etc.) and process in the same batch. All converted files require that application as above.
Scanned Documents – This
input source allows input from most twain compliant scanners.
Use Existing Data – This input source allows the use of input data from a previous Bates production. This makes adding additional documents to a case very easy to do. The “Use Existing Data” selection will be "Grayed Out" if the user has no associated Client Information.
