Print Preview Page

This page will not print.  The Print Preview screen is solely to make sure your text is within the selected label size and to check placement.  The actual printing of your labels or page(s) will begin with the selection of the Print Button.

You can change your Print Preview of the labels several different ways.

• Left Click anywhere on the label will toggle between page width and full-page view
• Right Click will bring up a selection menu to change the ZOOM of the labels.
• Use the Zoom drop-down.

Unlike in the other screens, while in print preview mode the whole Bates Screen can be resized by dragging any of the four corners.

If things don’t look right you can press the Back button to go back and change anything you would like to.  If everything is OK press the Print button.  If you would like to start over press the Cancel button.
