Trouble Shooting –
Please do the following in order and try to run the program after each step.
NOTE: You
must have admin rights to install software. If you are not sure RIGHT CLICK on the
Start button. You should see the
following choices: “Open all Users” and “Explore all Users”. If these are not present contact your IT
professional.
1. Make sure you are installing
the program purchased. Our CD
contains all Demo Programs.
2. Firm Name, Number of Users and
Registration Key must match the email you received when
purchased.
3. If you are still having problems (workstation install only):
99% of the problems we have with registration are windows permissions issues.
4. "Cannot find Engine Data" this is a Windows permissions error. Check user permissions. User must have read/write permissions for the Bates folder.
