Scott's Road King on his AFAB Table Lift with the Over Center Bar he added. This is a great idea, raises the rear wheel 5 1/2" off the table, works great. When I get the time I am going to add this to mine. Notice the 10 gage metal top instead of plywood. You can use a small scissor jack to raise the front and both wheels are off the table top. Great job Scott!!

Detail of the Over Center Lift Below
#2 is a closer shot. the handle is a drive shaft out of a boat, it's about 1" shaft and slips into 1 1/4" pipe nice. bent fork tubes work good for this as well just have to change the size of the pipe.
# 3 looking down on the over center bar, shows the stand off for the handle, that piece is 3/8" by 1 1/2" x 9" or what ever you want to make it.
#4 and #5 show the mounting bolt and the stop, the angle of the over center bar when against the stop is 15 degrees any more and it's to far.
#6 and #7 show the 2" square tube 3/16" wall and 5/8"x4" bolt and washers, grade 8. total length of the pivot bar is 12"x2"x1/2". the bolt hole is 1 " from the bottom and centered. cut the top down far enough so half the pipe rest in cut. spreader pipe is 31 1/2" long. i drilled a 17/64" hole in the square tube and through the outer lift frame and taped inner hole in tube and the lift frame with a 5/8"x 11 tape out side hole now drilled to 5/8". and there is a lock nut on back side of the bolt, on the inside of the frame.
